My brother bought a brand new xbox 360 and within 2 months, we get the inevitable 3 red flashing lights (my old one had it and his old one had it . so this is the third time). we rung uk xbox 360 customer support to which a foreign person obviously would answer who didnt appear to understand what we were saying. following this they informed us the xbox 360. a brand new console, had been tampered with, modified, and hence banned, despite it working fine online and offline. she then basically told us there is nothing they can do because we've modified our brand new 360 console, which hadnt been modified at all, but e time we tried to explain this she interrupted to tell us there is nothing they can do, raising her voice e time. where do we go from here to get this sorted?

If it still under a year from you bought it take it back to the store you got it from and they would replace it for you
