Outlook express, why cant i send and recieve?
When i go to outlook express all i get is could not
connect to hotmail as my name
hotmail no longer allows email access via outlook express for free email accounts.

Hotmail has (as u know) stopped connection with outlook. according to hotmail, it's
a security reason. ( newsgroups). if you had ur with outlook before they restricted it, they don't restrict you.
