Windows vista is a bitch...?

I recently bought a laptop that already had windows vista on it (which i later added the home premium package to it)-and i honestly can't stand it. my internet is slow, i get bumped off e now and then, and some games i play online look terrible while using vista. stupid pcworld wouldn't give me a xp package for my laptop and only do vista. i prefer windows xp more then anything, it is less hassle in my opinion. anybody know how i can get rid of vista completely and install the wonderful bug-free windows xp in it is place? :( thanks so much in advance. :)

I read microsoft is offering a free downgrade to xp to registered users of vista premium & ultimate eds. so you should qualify. try getting in touch with ms or get back to pcworld and tell them about it. vista really stinks. not surprised. actually you can even buy xp off the shelf till next july. other windows versions stayed on the shelves 2 months after releasing their succesor. guess what ms themselves think of vista!! it's been what, a year now... ☼
