I have problem using microsoft outlook, my outlook.pst file size is 1.81gb and i could not download email, and i can not even access microsoft outlook, anything i really want to do with my outlook it gives error messages. how should i fix this problem. last time i had same problem and then i deleted some of un necessary email and made some free space and now when i reach to same size as it faced with the problem before and again it start giving me same error in microsoft outlook.

Outlook pst files created in version of outlook prior to 2003 have a maximum file size of 1.9 gb if you have outlook 2003, you should create a new pst via file > new > outlook data file. next, use the import wizard to import the old file into the new (this takes 20-30 minutes for a file that large). then set your email to deliver into the new pst. let me know if you have questions.
